yaich
Good evening, I migrated my Prestashop 8.0.4 e-commerce website to a new server, but since then I have several problems: - impossible to connect to the box office without clearing the cache. (problem observed on 3 browsers and 3 different PCs). - impossible to add a brand to the product sheet. - impossible to associate a product in the product sheet. - in the product sheet, the display of categories has changed, becoming a long list, it is impossible to choose several categories. (attached photo) Thanks for your help.

Hi, even when I clear the cache the problem still exists. I don't know how to test with 7.4 or 8.1. if you have a guide to follow the steps I will be grateful. Thanks. justmeagain
How to verify your server meets PrestaShop’s requirements You can use our system requirements tool to easily check if your environment fulfills PrestaShop’s requirements. Here’s how: Download the latest version from GitHub. https://github.com/PrestaShop/php-ps-info/releases Extract the zip file. Upload the phppsinfo.php file to your server and put it inside your current shop’s directory or the one where you intend to install it. Open it up on your browser (http://your-domain.com/path-to-your-prestashop/phppsinfo.php). Type in the login and password if prompted (use prestashop for both). You’ll get a web page detailing requirements and recommendations, and how your server does compared to them: Ask whoever hosts your site to update the php version for you if you cannot do it yourself
