Order received, confirmed and paid by credit card received from NATION excluding shipping costs

Good morning, something strange happened to me,

we received an order from a customer resident in India, who was able to place the order and also pay by credit card despite the fact that in the prestashop settings India and even all of Asia are not among the countries that they can place orders and payments directly by credit card.

I tried to register on my site with the same address as the customer who placed the order from India and in fact presatshop blocks the order procedure as India is among the countries that cannot place orders, as this customer managed to place the order?

Odd. Maybe they used a VPN? Not 100% sure how those restrictions are applied to be honest. It is a really weird one though and would be interested in whatever answer you do get!
