Use this theme : You are not allowed to enable this module.

I purchased a new theme,it can be installed

When I click "Use this theme" it prompts "You are not allowed to enable this module."

There are currently three themes , When I use 2 other themes it works correctly

Only this new theme cannot be enabled.

I logged in with a super admin account and still can't enable this new theme

I don't know where is the problem?
I'm currently asking the theme's developer team for help, but they haven't solved this issue either.

So how to solve this problem?

Please specify ps version, php version, theme, and if it's a fresh install or upgrade from previous ps version.
