Knowband Plugins Posted April 5 Share Posted April 5 Hi, It appears that JavaScript cache is active on your store. To disable it, please follow these steps and then share the screenshot again: 1. Navigate to Configure > Advanced Parameters > Performance. 2. In the CCC (Combine, Compress and Cache) section, locate the settings for JavaScript. 3. Uncheck the options for Smart cache for JavaScript. 4. Scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click Save. 5. After saving, please clear the cache by clicking the Clear cache button at the top of the Performance page. If possible, please share your Store front URL.
