Can't disable Hook. PS.1.7.8

Hi,

I have a strange problem, namely when I enter:

Design -> Positions

We have a list of all hooks in the store, next to the hook name we have a switch button. I don't know why, but the button currently doesn't disable the hook. When I set the switch button to off, the hook still displays on the page as if it was turned on.

Previously, when I disabled the hook in this way, it was disabled on the page, but now nothing happens, the hook is still enabled. Clearing the cache didn't help

Has anyone had a similar problem?
