FloD Posted March 12 Share Posted March 12 Hello, I have an order that is displayed twice on prestashop they have the same id and the same ref, I looked in the database and the order exists only once but prestashop displays it twice. moreover, on this order there were two paypal payments at the same time and an error message appears: "Warning 26.48 € paid instead of 13.24 €." has anyone experienced this problem? Prestashop Addict Posted March 21 Share Posted March 21 It's seem you have two Paypal payment. Check in you Paypal account to see if the payment has been made twice. If so refund one. ricardopxl Posted March 23 Share Posted March 23 If you are watching the same id_order and reference, probably you have something wrong in the query in Admin Controller, because if you have double value, some condition in the where or join need fix. thanks !
