Email Config prestashop 1.7.8.11

Hello,

I have been using prestashop for 12 years now, My old shop still running PS 1.4.
I am upgrading by starting a complete new shop on a new domain using 1.7.8.11, I cannot get the email system to work.
I have tried the php function but not working, I have my own domain and have entered all the paramaters but nothing, i get the message:

Error: Please check your configuration

Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "[email protected]" using 2 possible authenticators. Authenticator LOGIN returned Expected response code 235 but got code "535", with message "535 Incorrect authentication data ". Authenticator PLAIN returned Expected response code 235 but got code "535", with message "535 Incorrect authentication data ".

I have tried gmail but the same.

I have been through the forums and tried different methods but i am getting no where.

Is there anyone whom could do this for me, i will pay the cost, i expect nothing for FREE???
