MarjanL Posted February 7 Share Posted February 7 Hi guys, I need some help: Long story-short, I accidentally deleted the file /classes/Search.php from the server side, and I am wondering how do I get it back on the server (besides from backup)? I tried uploading another Search.php file from another store running the same 1.7.8.8 version - but my search still doesn't work. SeifF Posted February 7 Share Posted February 7 Hello, If you accidentally deleted the Search.php file from the /classes/ directory in PrestaShop: Download the correct and unmodified Search.php file from the official PrestaShop release package for version 1.7.8.8. Upload the file to the correct location, ensuring it has the correct permissions (typically 644). Clear PrestaShop cache in "Advanced Parameters" > "Performance" > "Clear cache." Recompile templates in "Advanced Parameters" > "Performance" > "Configure" under "Template compilation." If the issue persists, consider contacting PrestaShop support : https://content.prestashop.com/en/support Always backup before making changes.
