Paulo Ferreira Posted February 1 Share Posted February 1 Hello, After making the upgrade of the version 1.7.8 for 8.1.3 I'm facing a problem when adding products to the cart. I add an item but it doesn't appear in the cart (please see the image). This problems doesn't happens all the times just a few ones. Do you know what it might be? SeifF Posted February 7 Share Posted February 7 Hello, If you're facing issues with products not appearing in the cart after upgrading PrestaShop from version 1.7.8 to 8.1.3: Clear the cache in the PrestaShop back office. Check for errors in the var/logs/ directory. Ensure theme and modules are compatible with PrestaShop 8.1.3. Recompile templates in the "Performance" section. Clear browser cache or try different browsers. Check PrestaShop community forum for solutions.
