Nginx as cache server

Hi, I am trying to use nginx as a cache server with Prestashop 8.1 .
I am also using creativeelements, as a main pagebuilder.

Caching is working really good, in some cases too much.  And here I am looking for help please!

For example mini shopping cart.
When I add something to the shopping cart (after page caching), it use javascript and the cart signal that there is one item in the cart.
But when I refresh the page, the cart is empty (because the page is loading from the cache).

I can exclude whole fages from the cache, like checkout, or page cart, but I dont know how to deal with this events which update the cart, and other operations.

Is here somebody who is using nginx as cache server, and is able to help or share your nginx configuration or any changes on the prestashop, which help to resolve my issue?
