Looking for Extra Packaging Cost Module

Hey,

 

I'm looking for a module for my 1.7.6.1 store that allows me to charge packaging/handling/insurance extras, even when shipping costs are free.

 

I'll give an example for better understanding:

In my store I offer dry and frozen products. Everytime a client orders a product from the frozen category I want to add a fee for the styrofoam box and dry ice to the order total. This fee should be charged once per order (not per product) as long as the client is ordering a product from the "Frozen" category and I dont want this to impact the shipping cost. If the client reaches 50€, he wont have to pay shipping, but he will still have to pay for the box and dry ice.

I also want to give the client an option (in this case, it is optional) for when he orders from the frozen category to make an extra insurance on the order in case the order doesnt arrive frozen.

 

Is there any free or paid module that accomplishes these fuctions?
