Issue with Global Price Rules in Prestashop Version 1.7.7.1 - controller=prices-drop section

I'm currently facing a peculiar issue with the prices drop system in Prestashop version 1.7.7.1 and would greatly appreciate your insights.

Problem Description: When applying a discount to a specific product, it correctly appears in the prices drop page. However, when I apply a price rule to the entire catalog in the discounts section, the affected products don't show up in the prices drop page.

It seems that the global price rules are not working as expected, and products under these rules are not being displayed in the controller=prices-drop section.

On the other hand, when individual products are discounted in the "Prices per Product" section, it works fine, and the discounted products are reflected in the prices drop page.

Prestashop version: 1.7.7.1
