Pasindu Posted November 2, 2023 Share Posted November 2, 2023 Hi All, I have a problem in transferring order details in to the P2GO portal. There were no issues for the first year in the process but now orders not pulling in to p2go in real time. It usually takes a day or sometimes 2-3 days and some time not at all. Also when the order details transferred, package weight doesn't transfer. I checked this with p2go API team numerous times and they confirmed that there's no problem at all from their end. I even created new API keys few times and set it up as per the instruction and started from the scratch and connected both portals but problem still exist.
