Help needed please! Mass import variants (attributes) with images

Hello!

I'm working on a candy shop, I want to upload variants (different bag sizes) that use images as replacement to colors/textures.

I already made some minor css and made it look like this:

But it can't figure out the way to import images (the images to replace textures in the attributes/variants, the small ones on the right), for the moment I can only import the general ones in the left.

Does anyone know?
