How can i define which customer can view which product

I have products where expecial where build for a specific customer.

So i must define a product and then i must can define which customer can view and buy this product.

To efficiently manage access, I recommend the following approach:

 

1. Categorize Customers: Begin by grouping your customers. You have the flexibility to create as many customer groups as needed.
2. Modify Categories Based on Groups: Once you have your customer groups set up, proceed to modify the categories. Decide which groups can access which categories.
3. Edit Category for Group Access:
   Navigate to the Categories tab in the left menu.
   Choose the category you'd like to edit.
   Within the edit settings, you'll find an option labeled Group Access.
   Here, specify which groups are permitted access to this category.

i've see this solution in another post.. but i have round 200 customers and maybe 12 to 28 products per customer... so use a grouping for many customers is not really working for me ... 

i have 18 customers who shares  products but all other products are unique per customer...
