Stock quantities do not show on product page

I tried to turn it on in settings but it's still not working. I'm using IQIT warehouse theme but the person that was creating the site didn't send me the theme key so I can't contact the support. I made clean install - new presta (1.7.8.10) and new theme version so there is a chance that extra code need to be in the products.tpl or somewhere else but i compared the new file with the old one and can't see any code that is responsible for stock quantities.

You can use {$product.stock_quantity} on .tpl.
