Amadek
Does it work with Presta 1.7.8.11? On GitHub there is this message: This module has been archived, it's no longer maintained but you still can fork it if you need it for your shop. It looks like this module has been abandoned by the creator. Do you know of any other current modules that will clean and optimize the database? mth.dk
Hi I have read this thread with interest, and downloaded the file Prestaclean from Github. I have tried to install it on several versions of Prestashop, both 1.7.8, 8.1.5, 8.2 but none of the versions accept the file. Is it just me who can't find out how to install it? life777eternal
It fails to upload on PrestaShop version 8.2.3 (current), plus it's been archived and is not being maintained. … Actually the upload failed because the top-level folder in the archive has the version number. PrestaShop’s module uploader expects the module folder to be named exactly with the module technical name. So I opened the archive with WinRar and removed the version number from the top-level folder. Then it uploaded without any problem. Although it would be great if it could delete the orders separately from the customers. PrestaShop comes with a bunch of bogus orders and then doesn't provide an easy way to delete them. It's said that there's not direct delete option because of EU laws and preventing fraud accidentally. Though not everyone is in the EU and is not subject to their rules of society given the force of law.
