Looking for a compact one-page cheat sheet for PrestaShop page layouts (backoffice + templates)

Hi there,

I want to be faster at setting a shop like I want and looking for a compact cheat sheet to be quicker at modifying the miscellaneous frontend page layouts. Preferably a one-page PDF that I can print.
Is there some non-developper stylesheet that you can recommend, preferably in French, English or German ?

Although I can find almost every info that I want on this forum or other sites, a cheat sheet would avoid me searching information again and again for basic edits.

The cheat sheet can be in very telegraphic style.
Thie aim is just point me in the right direction, i.e. to the right admin section, or the (sub-)template to edit.
I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty (editing code).
