Alba_ZT Posted September 28, 2023 Share Posted September 28, 2023 Hello, I'm trying to configurate the UPS plugin in my Prestashop shop. I'm shipping from Spain to North America and LATAM. I've already negociated the services with UPS so I know we will be using Express Saver. We have those two zones, with it's countries. The thing is that, for some reason, for some countries regardless of the zone, the UPS service it's not showing. I'm talking with the support team, but everything it's taking longer than expected.
