503 Error

Hi,

  • Check the error logs on your server.
  • Make sure that your server has enough resources (CPU, memory, disk space) to handle PrestaShop and image uploads. Sometimes, a 503 error can occur if the server is overloaded.
  • Verify that the file and folder permissions for your PrestaShop installation are set correctly. Files and directories should have appropriate read and write permissions.
  • If you're encountering an "undefined" error when uploading images, this could be related to JavaScript or file handling issues. Ensure that your browser is up to date and try a different one to see if the issue persists.

Thanks!
