Need help making product customization form

Hi, so i've been trying to make a form for custom products (like choosing the color, a name or text to put on the product and its type and color, and some other things, here's a little sketch just in case i'm not being clear enough.

The thing is that i've seen that there's a customization option but it only lets me make text camps, but not checkboxes, lists or more than 2 color selections, so i'm wondering if it is possible or I need an specific module for that.

Colors and checkboxes are automatically created as soon you create them as attributes and assign/create them as combinations in your product. Check the demo products in a fresh installation. Customization will allow free text fields and image upload.
