Modules do not load

Hello, since I installed prestashop for the first time I had this error, I have waited a few days to see if there was a problem with the server but I think not, the modules do not load and it does not let me connect to Addons, I deactivated the firewall and neither It works for me, I use wampp, prestashop 8.0.4, does anyone know anything? thank you

 

Buenas, desde que instalé prestashop por primera vez tuve este error, me he esperado unos días para ver si había algún problema con el servidor pero creo que no, los módulos no me cargan y no me deja conectarme a Addons, desactivé el firewall y tampoco me funciona, utilizo wampp, prestashop 8.0.4, alguien sabe algo? gracias

Have you tried clearing the cache? Also everything under /var/cache ?

I was using windows, I changed to linux mint and everythin worked perfectly there using xampp, thank you
