One common DB for our customers but with different offers on multiple domain, possible ?

Hi,

We would like to have a common DB for our customers but with different offers on multiple domain. 

Our farmer project will need to manage different region. Each region will have some specific items, some shared items with other region / domain name but with different prices and different suppliers, different logistics. We would like to use one common DB for all our customers so they will be redirected to the region they belong to and see the items which are available for them in their specific region. 

How would you do such a project, do you know a module which could help ? Does Prestashop support shared DB for multiple domain ?
