sampsonzak Posted June 27, 2023 Share Posted June 27, 2023 Hi, Some time ago I tried removing the Product Reference (SKU) from the order confirmation to the customer. However I've only just realised it hasn't worked, and has been sending broken emails to customers. I have no backups of the previous one, and I cannot figure out how to fix it, or to correctly delete the Reference from the email! Please see attached for the broken email format picture in gmail. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me out here.
