solved PS 1.7.8.9 Can't update modules but I can load new modules

Hello, after upgrading from Prestashop 1.7.2 to 1.7.8.9 I can't update the modules anymore. A specific error is not shown. I tried with auto-update and uploading the module zip file. Both Prestashop modules and modules from other developers.

I can load new modules without problems.

Debug mode reports nothing.

How can I figure out what the problem is?

Hi,

Clear the cache and check once.

If that doesn't work, then check your server's error logs to see if there are any relevant error messages.

Verify that the modules you are trying to update are compatible with PrestaShop 1.7.8.9.

Hello,

the problem was caused by a module, it wasn't enough to disable it but I had to delete it from Prestashop and from the database.
