Contact Info in Top Bar - Not Showing

After my hosting provider migrated me to a new server, the phone number that used to be displayed in the top bar on the left side above the logo disappeared. I am seeking assistance in identifying which file may have been corrupted or which lines of code need to be checked to resolve this issue.
