Nuno Neff Posted June 1, 2023 Share Posted June 1, 2023 My site has two languages and I have been translating the emails directly in the mails/en and mails/pt directory. I don't know what happened but now I'm not receiving the order_conf.html email in English, but in my other language which is Portuguese I receive the email. In other words, if I'm on the site making an order in English, I won't receive the email, but if it's in Portuguese, I will. What could it be? What can I do to fix this?
