email spam and DMARC solution

Hello everyone !

i had this problem with my email sent from my prestashop web being redirect to spam.. been searching for answers and couldn't find a proper solution UNTIL NOW !

I share this so that many other can finally solve it !

i found all informations on this web :

is very easy but i will still describe some steps here to make it easier:

FIRST go here:

https://mxtoolbox.com/DMARCRecordGenerator.aspx

write your web domani CHECK DMARC record

probably you will get this error:

Errors found while retrieving DMARC record, please consider running a DMARC Record Lookup.

now POPULATE the left side of the page

write your email ( like [email protected] )

same for point 1 and point 2 leave everything else as it is and now on the right side you will have your DMARC generated

bow og on your web hosting page

1 - you need to access CPANEL(web hosting control panel) from your web host

2 - do in MANAGE DNS ( could have different name.. just look for DNS )

3 - if you have a chance MAKE A COPY or screenshot of all info cause if you mess it up u could not

be able to have ur web reachable

4 - ADD a new entry 

and there just enter the values that were created on DMARC record generator

SAVE it and in 48 hours your email will be finally GOOD to go !
i tried to find info about this issue but none really had a clue or didn't want to explain, so i hope this will help some new users like me!

the DMARC NAME is this (not _DMARC.www as in the earlier pic but _DMARC )
