addons.prestashop does not show negative feedback

It seems that prestashop addons does not pass negative module reviews. I added a negative review on a module that didn't work at all on my site and the author trying to fix it for a month but no luck. Funnily enough 2 months have passed and the author of the module still has no feedback from me. Isn't this a violation of the free speech law? But five stars are listed with the author of the defective module.

Reviews are managed externally by "Avis Vérifiés", not by PrestaShop. You can see here some bad reviews:

So maybe your review was not stored correctly?

That is to say, I am to understand that some company decides whether a particular review for a module will appear/or not on the prestashop website? Cool these reviews so true....
