Issue on backoffice order details page

I have a 1.7.7.8 version Prestashop and it seems to be having an issue in backoffice order details page at the top section ( see attached image ). Any ideas on why this is happening or a possible fix ? I did compare the twig files with a freshly downloaded copy of the same version just to be sure that no core files were modified.

Kindly confirm whether you have made any changes in any of the core files or below twig file : 

C:\wampsrc\PrestaShopBundle\Resources\views\Admin\Sell\Order\Order\Blocks\View\header.html.twig

The error look like that some tag is not closed/ missed.

Also check whether is there any error in console or not.

It was a version issue.
