I decided to install v8 from scratch and do the uprgades to 8.2 After two weeks of pissing about I now have two products listed as I would expect. Thats right.. 2 god damn products. The only downside to this is that I have had to reduce the combinations. Products in different colours I list them twice one for each colour. I also removed another combination as that can be added as a separate product later. If your combinations exceed lets say 200 you are in trouble. keep it under that. It allows you to add as many products tabs as you need and attachments also work with this so finally I am getting somewhere. The BLEVG tabs works on V8.2 of prestashop. The only thing I found is that you have to disable customer reviews otherwise when you add an attachment it screws up all the other tabs.https://module-presta.com/product-tabs.html Its free and does work.
