Missing Invoice button from Orders tab

The 'View Invoice" button and "View Delivery Slip" button is missing from the Orders tab, as shown in the attached picture, for the "Payment Accepted" status.

How can we make them shown, as they are for the rest of the statuses, please?

 

In the Order Settings/ Statuses, the options are already checked, as shown in the picture.

PS version is 1.7.7.2.

I don't know which version of PHP we are using. I'm not at work at the moment and I don't have access to Cpanel,

but I can come back tomorrow with the information.

I received a new order today. The customer paid online, but the invoice with the products is not visible.

As you can see in the picture, the invoice is not visible.

The only way to see what the customer ordered is to check in the shopping cart.

We want to add that if we change the order status from "Payment Accepted" to 'Delivered", the missing buttons appear. This behavior happens only for payments made via cards, the rest are fine

Question: The buttons are missing because no invoices are being generated yet? (payment being made via card, needs a response from the bank or something?) or because the template for the 'Payment Accepted" needs to be edited manually, in order to toggle the buttons? We are not sure how things work.

I'm back with information about PHP. the website version is 7.3.

Yes, there are several orders that have been paid for which this appears. Only for orders where the customer has requested cash on delivery payment, only there does the invoice appear. It does not appear for those already paid.

I don't know how the customers paid, if it was by card or bank transfer.

Here you can enter the name of the payment method and you will see.
Believe that there is a problem in the payment module for the Credit Card.

Ask some developer to fix it, it's a matter of a few minutes.
