Bug - product quantity not available in cart

We have been experiencing this bug on our platform for some time and apparently it is also recognized by Prestashop support.

If a user adds a product with a certain combination (for example a flavour) in a certain quantity to the cart and then this quantity is no longer available, the information message does not specify the quantity and the specific combination missing.

Can any of you suggest me a solution?
