Prestashop delivery issue with Linked orders (bug?)

Hi PS experts,

in our Prestashop 1.7.5.1 store we are experimenting an issue with deliveries when we add to cart different products that do not match the carrier available.

These product combinations in the order transforms in receiving linked orders with delivery prices that are not taken as they should. For example if one of the carriers is free the paid amount for the delivery of the whole cart will be free (even that we have noticed that the price in the cart in the front end it is supposed to be ok).

But the issue in our case is even worse as we are accepting to deliver products that should not be delivered to some addresses! When we check an order just for individual  products everything is ok and orders are refused but when there is an accepted product for the address Prestashop does not get to refuse the global order...

 

Is there a way to disable or correct this behaviour?
