Prestapepe Posted February 22, 2023 Share Posted February 22, 2023 (edited) Hello, When creating a new order in the backoffice, the button "Proceed to checkout in the front office" doest work This is the standard way to pay a phone order. You can reproduce it in the backoffice demo here: https://demo.prestashop.com/#/en/back As you can see it doesnt log you in with the customer credentials but it invites you to create a new account but customer already exists.
