Connecting Prestashop Subscribers from Prestashop Newsletter Signup to Mailchimp

Hi. I have a Prestashop account and I recently enable the Newsletter Subscription option in Module Manager.

I have 3 questions: 

1) How do I customise the design of the newsletter subscription box on my website? Eg: The wording, background colour etc

2) I tried signing up the newsletter using other email address to try if it's working. Turned out that the said email wasn't found in Mailchimp contact list. What can I do so that whoever signs up for the newsletter on my website are directly linked to my Mailchimp contact list (without purchasing any addons).

3) How can I add the first name and last name of the subscriber who subscribed through the newsletter box?
