Some customers not able to get past the first step on the checkout

Hi,

 

A small amount of people is having a bug where they're not able to get past the first step of the checkout.

It appears to be related to the cache I suppose as when the browser is opened in incognito the issue is resolved. Also when clearing the full browser's cache it's also fixed. 

 

Has anyone had the same issue before? If so can you help me with a fix?

this looks like a bug of some module.
Do you use any module to speed up the pages?
Are you using a GEO IP module?

Hi there, thank you for your swift reply. I do not have any speed/cache modules enabled, no GEO module either.

When a customer had this issue I tried disabling/enabling the cache in the performance section and disable non PrestaShop modules to no avail..

Hi,

some cheap web hosts use their own cache so that their server is not overloaded.

Thank you - I had the Smarty cache OFF, I turned it ON now.
