[SOLVED] assign different shipping costs to two different zones

Hi, I'm a Spanish developer and I'm making an online store. I already created the zones (Peninsula and Canary Islands). Then, in the configuration of the carrier, I mark those two zones and the price of the shipping costs for each zone (attached photo). But when trying to place an order I get that there is no carrier for my area (I also attach a photo).

you need also to assign does cities or stats to the same zone
