Ghost image

Hi,

After installing I've left the original Mens and Womens categories. I changed the default images however the womens image never changed. (I've included it just to remind you of the pic). I didn't think much of it initially but, today I decided to try fix it.

I opened the image in another tab trying to locate it and it shows up as [mysite]/c/5-category_default/women.jpg

however there is no c directory. I've looked via control panel and ftp and, it's not there.

I deleted the url down to just [mysite]/c/ and it shows an prestashop template

I'm just going to delete the womens directory and repopulate a new one, but I'm curious as heck what might cause this.
