[MODULE] Advanced Customer groups (hierarchy, actions, rights ...)

Hi all,

Is there a module available to manage customer groups with hierarchy ?

Example :

Group1 : MAIN

Group 2 : PROSPECTS (child of Group1)

Ideally restrictions within these groups regarding catalog and functionnalities would be a plus.
