avs2022 Posted December 6, 2022 Share Posted December 6, 2022 Hi guys, not sure if I am just being stupid with this one but am looking for some help if possible! We recently moved our prestashop website into an AWS lightsail instance, which from experience has been great to work with, reverting snapshots etc all very nice and easy! Before going live we are trying to simply upscale the instance type but when doing so, prestashop is throwing an error 500 on the new sites... I'm certain this isn't an issue with AWS as we've done many restores of our snapshots up until this point, but strangely they now fail. As I say the only error we get is a simple 500 once the snapshot is restored, if I try and connect via SSH and change our core URL to be the dev URL, it throws errors saying cannot connect to the prestashop database.
