StrefaBiznesu Posted November 25, 2022 Share Posted November 25, 2022 When we sent message to customer support via form it is sent. We see it on PrestaShop panel. But we don't get it on email address. When we reply via panel. Customer gets reply on email. Why we don't get notifications about new message on email? Same with new order. We have email alerts module. Mail settings are fine as synchronization works bur we don't get notifications on email. What could cause that?
