Built in support for cookie handling?!

Recommended Posts

Hey Prestashop-users!

I have searched a bit for a built-in or free cookie consent module for Prestashop. And failed pretty big, just found a dude who made a pop-up information about cookies that's not good enough for Swedish/european regulations. Does anyone here have a suggestion for a solution? Or should I just go for a commercial module for 70 euros and look happy?

Greatful for all help

BR Jörgen

Hi. Sorry, I've been very busy.

I am already preparing the module for release. approx. two hours. The module will be available on this page: https://prestashopfree.com/prestashop-free-modules/7-consent-to-gdpr-eu-cookies-gdpr-from-112022.html

Thx! I placed an order from you today. I will try and download it later this evening.

Well, I really cant get the download to work. I just get a blank screen when I click on "Download module". Seems something is wrong somewhere. )=

Hi @PrestaHeroes.com

Can you please explain the meaning of your post?

The error that appeared @Aldeag was caused by the Chrome browser and only when registering on the site.

@Hammarqvist you downloaded the module, installed it and translated it without any problems.

Module has been downloaded several times and for free.

The module works as it should and contains no errors.

When someone had a problem, I responded right back and helped.
Nothing is secure about addons, and certainly not developer support.
On the topic of addons, there are many threads here that disprove your claim.

I agree with 4you.software

Download problem was solved as I got the link through email.

We have to support free modules and free Prestashop as it was from the beginning.

Every module may need further depelovment. Even those from the addons.
