Product Titles

Is there a configuration variable that controls how many characters are shown on the product titles? At the moment there are around 45 characters displayed. I could do with increasing this to ~80.

The product title is limited to 128 chars, if your theme shows less you can change it in the corresponding theme files.

It seems that the file structure has been changed. I cannot find the lines in the file you mention. 

Can you help me, where I can  hange this in 1.7.8.7?

I correct my article which has an error, the file location is :

themes > your_theme > templates > catalog > _partials > miniatures > product.tpl
