Prestashop 1.7 Logo is not showing

Hi,

Im using Prestashop 1.7.
I have uploaded the logo as I do every time, from Design -> Themes etc but it is not showing on the front end. After inspecting I realize that it produces a double link for the src of the image.

When I fix the url it appears. Which file I need to edit in order to fix this ?

Hi,

to see that link now i believe you checked the page with F12 (developer tools).

Can you access your site's file manager?

You should look for the file that handles image insertion and see how the link is built.

I think it still depends on how the theme is constructed, do you use Prestashop default theme or a costum theme?

 

In my case by uploading the image like you, it puts it in the / public_html / img / cms folder

I don't have your problem, because to me the link created has a correct structure: <img src = "https://shop.test.com/img/cms/logo-shop-header_1.png" title = "" alt = "">
