Prices drop shows no products after applying a global discount (%) in store

Hi,

I do have a weird issue with the prices drop system. Whenever I do apply a discount to an specific product it appears in the prices drop page, but if I do apply a price rule to the whole catalogue in the discounts section the affected products are not shown in the prices drop page.

prestashop version: 1.7.8.7

warehouse theme: 4.5.3

 

Is this a normal behavior?

Maybe this section is configured for only a specific price, not the discount / promo.

Hello,

i'm reopening this old post because the bug is still present in version 8.1.5. If a global discount rule is set, the class classes/SpecificPrice.php does not take the applied discount into account. It's all explained here: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/35227 Has anyone solved the bug in any way?

C’est un comportement normal de PrestaShop.

Les règles de prix globales (sur tout le catalogue) ne font pas apparaître les produits dans la page Prices Drop.

Seules les réductions ajoutées produit par produit via l’onglet Prix spécifiques sont prises en compte pour cette page.

Si tu veux que les remises globales apparaissent, il faut soit appliquer la réduction directement sur chaque produit, soit modifier le contrôleur prices-drop pour qu’il récupère aussi les règles globales

Επειδή απάντησες στα Γαλικά θα σου απαντήσω και εγώ στα Ελληνικά για να κάνεις μετάφραση.
Ναι, το ξέρουμε πως είναι νορμαλ συμπεριφορά του Prestashop αυτή, αλλά δεν είναι λογική συμπεριφορά.
Το λογικό θα ήταν όταν κάποιος πατάει Prices drop να εμφανίζονται όλα τα προϊόντα που είναι σε έκπτωση.
Οπότε κάποιος θα έπρεπε ήδη να έχει τροποποιήσει τον ελεγκτή μείωσης τιμών, ώστε να ανακτά και τους καθολικούς κανόνες.
