ptityop Posted August 24, 2022 Share Posted August 24, 2022 (edited) Hello, We noticed that we have an issue with the VAT calculation that some times comes out fine and others not and I cannnot cannot work out why, we have a VAT set up at 7.7 for all roducts and as you will see in the screenshot VAT calculation is wrong in this case... Any idea about What are the factors that can trigger this kind of situation ? In advance thanks In the image below, 7.7% of 564.94 equals 43.5, not 40.39, so we are not talking about small margin error ..
