"The page isn’t redirecting properly" Sign In page

Hi all, I am getting  "The page isn’t redirecting properly" on the Sign In page only PS 1.7.4.4

When you click on the "Sign In" sometimes it goes to the actual sign in page and sometimes it errors to "The page isn’t redirecting properly"

If you get the sign in page and put your info in to sign in the page errors to "The page isn’t redirecting properly" if you use the back button you will than be signed in.

When you "Sign Out" it most always goes to "The page isn’t redirecting properly".

I did a search for this topic and found the friendly url and did that and also went to turn on the ssl for the pages and take out the "/".

Nothing has helped to fix this problem.

Any suggestions as what to do next?

Can you please share the Site URL as it will be easy to reply anything after checking that.

Also Kindly confirm whether you are using any third party module at home page, or the module which use the actiondispatcher hook or displayheader hook etc.
