yukie0611 Posted August 9, 2022 Share Posted August 9, 2022 Hello. I have developed a store on prestashop 1.7.8.6 and just got an account with a credit card processor CCBill. I installed their module and configured it, and although everything is working on the processor side (the test orders are going through properly), the orders are not reflected on the prestashop backoffice. The CCbill support told me the reason for this is because the approval URL (/order-confirmation) is returning a 404. I can not figure out how to fix this. Can somebody please help? Did you enter something like a redirect url in that panel so after each successful payment it redirects the customer to your website?
