wrong config:-)..if your shop is fiscally localized in Slovenia you have to uncheck it in the list.

This way b2b customers will pay for vat in Slovenia if they are national b2b and no vat will be applied for rest of europe and outside europe for b2b.

I use this module in many international shop and also in last Prestashop9 ( B2B) and it works perfect!!

Also be sure to apply a 0 tax correctly
